解缙 - Rich Horn - nice bohemian stuff

Rich Horn is pretty good. I think this poet/singer finds comfort in cultural areas like San Francisco, Providence, Austin, Minneapolis, East Village New York, Amsterdam, and the like. The material is progressive like Letterman, Michael Moore, Grace Slick, for the sake of being progressive and puts me in the mind of vegetarianism. It's nice bohemian stuff.

Is the last line sarcastic, sincere, or both? And, why would you ever decide to choose between the two?

All the talent that people have put into managing horses in the city and the country, all the millions of people involved in that industry need a place to use their talent that has passed down through generations.

Explain or separate 解 is a pretty good word, there's a lot to say about this one. Here's a thread:
